"KEEP FULL" DELIVERY
We continually strive to provide the best service at the least cost to our customers. To do this, we must find ways to lower our costs of providing the service. One way the customer can help us lower our expenses and provide a benefit to themselves is to allow us to fill their tanks automatically.
When you place your account on "keep full" we watch your tank for you and deliver while on our regular routes. The benefits of this include:
No interruptions in your heat and hot water.
No inconvenience of watching the gauge on your tank.
No embarrassment from letting yourself run out of propane.
No additional costs to put an "out of gas" system back in service.
No additional costs for emergency service after our normal hours.
Peace of mind that you will have plenty of propane in case of bad weather.
The best part of this free service is that while you receive all of those benefits, it helps us to control our costs by lowering mileage, maintenance and labor as we are not taking equipment and manpower from cost efficient routes to make special deliveries.

TRANSPORT DELIVERY
Southeast Propane serves as a regional carrier of propane for area marketers and shippers. We are also a carrier for commercial and agricultural end users. Our fleet is ready and able to service your needs, whether for one load or any number of loads. If you are out of the area, please call for pricing and delivery.
PROPANE PREPAY PROGRAM
With the Prepay Program we agree to guarantee a specified price for a specific amount of propane to be delivered when needed. Propane delivered by us will be applied to your contracted gallons until your full allotment has been supplied. The guaranteed price per gallon terminates on March 31st. At that time you will receive either a refund or a credit to your account for any propane prepaid but not delivered prior to that date. See contract for more details.
SECURE COMFORT BUDGET PLAN
A deposit of $.10 per gallon will be require at the time of signing the contract. The first of 7 monthly payments is due September 20th, with the last payment being due on March 20th. With this program, you will lock in your number of gallons and price at the time of the signing. See contract for more details.
OPEN BUDGET PLAN
With this option, there is no deposit due. We will figure out your past usage and come up with a monthly payment that will continue for 11 months, with a final payment due September 1st. Keep in mind that you will be billed at the price at the day of delivery. You are not locking in a price or gallons with this option. See contract for more details.
GRAIN DYER LP PLANS
There are two plans to choose from. You can either prepay the entire at the time of signing, or you can put a deposit down of $.10 per gallon, then pay each ticket within the 10th of the following month. See contract for more details.
FUEL ASSISTANCE ACCOUNT PROGRAM
We encourage you to call early and check how many gallons were used last heating season. This will enable you to make monthly payments to us for the gallons/dollars not covered by fuel assistance. Also remember to get your paper work in early to your area fuel assistance office to be sure you are on the program before it gets cold. Remember, if you plan on using the Fuel Assistance Program, please contact your local fuel assistance state agency.
TANKS AND EQUIPMENT
Southeast Propane sells and leases many popular sizes of propane tanks for your needs. We carry a large inventory of hoses, fittings and related propane equipment to install or repair your gas system.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
At Southeast Propane, our goal is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of safety. Our service technicians are trained in safe handling and installation procedures. Emergency service is available should you experience problems after hours.
PAYMENT TERMS
All deliveries of propane where credit has been extended are due and payable within 30 days of the statement date. A discount of $.10 per gallon is offered to those customers who pay within 10 days of delivery and have no past due balance on account. Keep in mind, there is no cash discount given to those who pay with a credit card.
